hello all!
it has been a while since i started a topic here
a month and a half ago i measured my body fat on an electronic scale at the gym
wich i usually do there
the scale is the TANITA one which compared to other electronic scales is a good one and professional.not sure about the general accuracy of electronic scales but this is a different debate for a different topic
so i measured a month and a half ago and i was 17.7% bf
now I'm 14.9%
judging from how i see my body i have seen some change not sure if 14.9 should look like this or not..still need work going further down cos i see fat still on chest and stomach in areas..obvously its not possible to spot reduce fat i know that so hard work need stop continue
what do you think?i mean judging form my old pics and the new one which now is my profile pic...is it a change of around 3 per cent body fat lost?
wish everyone a great day!

Congratulations! Almost 3% in month and a half less is wow. Keep up!
P.s.: may I ask which model of Tanita scale do you have? My isn't Tanita and I don't trust her any more. Has strange behavior lately0 -

hello!
this isn't a scale i have in my house..is a scale that is at the gym and its quite big...i mean not like a normal scale and probably is one of the expensive models that TANITA sells..like 2000 euros or something
again I'm not sure if this is accurate or not...almost 3 per cent is huge yes..even though not exactklys sure if this corresponds to my vusal fat loss...this is something that other folk can judge..im seeing myself every day so can't really say for sure0 -
Thank you for an answer. Ok, I won't buy it, too expensive
I am sure scale is right! Only by looking to your profile pictures I can see big difference. Congrats once again!0 -

as i asked my MFP Gustaff
where do you think is the most visible fat loss??
serously im not sure if the body fat percentage corresponds to the visual fat loss at all0 -
Belly, definitely
Edit: It does corresponds to the visual fat loss. Muscles are more visible when you lose fat. Look at this gross picture of 1 pound muscle vs. 1 pound fat: http://dietdatabase.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/1-lb-fat-vs-muscle.jpg0 -
