People are just not a symmetric as they appear. Nor does fat burn off of us in a symmetric fashion some times. Simple as that. Mine's wonky like that, too (add a bunch of stretchmarks, and we'd match). It will improve as your body fat reduces.

I have quite a bit of lose skin and I am finding weight training/lifting is helping it to some extent :) Slowly but it is helping and my extra stomach skin is slowly shrinking. :)

I actually wouldn't have noticed it being a little lopsided if you hadn't mentioned it. Maybe check with a trainer about some abdominal exercises that might help. I have that apron thing going on and I see surgery in my future

Exactly what you don't want to hear: Diet and exercise.

Diet consisting of lean meats, complex carbs, and healthy fats in a balanced ratio. Make sure you eat less than you burn in a day and you will lose the belly. Aim for a 500 calorie deficit. Don't worry about getting it perfect off the bat, pick a calorie number and stick with it a couple weeks, if you dont see any changes, drop it a couple hundred and try it for a couple more weeks.

Exercise will just speed the process along but will not directly cure any body issues.
