With the prospect of a family wedding and an opportunity to show an ex (grrrrrrr) that I am no longer the amiable fat person in their lives.....I am looking to kick start this shizz. I am over waiting for the new week, new month, new year to do something. I have watched a lot of time escape me because I am always waiting for this mystical time to start that is finally going to have me change my life style and get healthy. And I would love some friends to have along for the ride.
