Ok kids here's a great "Taco Sauce" recipe....

Simple easy and hot....

One small can of tomato sauce, one eqqual can of water, 5 cloves fresh garlic, 2 T basil, 1 T vinegar, 1/4 cup red pepper flakes. Add all to blender, and blend. Put in glass jar, or I use a ketchup red plastic bottle with the top cut off. OMG this is the best on chips or nachos. I find the spice helps keep you in check for serving size. It's so tasty and only like 8 calories for a couple of tablespoons. It's nice and hot. I love it on eggs and everywhere you love spice. So cheap too. Did my homework and it's like .75 for a batch that's huge. So if you like it hot try it out.... Ymmmm..

My husband lost his job and my kids eat a ton of cheese crisps, and nachos, so this makes it very cost effective.

hope you like it too
