Need help!

I'm finding it very hard to motivate myself to start. Any help regarding motivation, exercise or food tips are more than welcome..:smile:

    Welcome! Getting started is the hardest part of this whole journey that's for sure. Just remember that it take 21 days to establish a new habit once you push through those 21 days it will be come habit and you'll feel like your missing something if you don't exercise. I still have a bit of a ways to go on my journey I have sent you a friend request so we can help support each other. Anyone feel free to add me!

    Just start... start right now! That is the hardest part. Just log everything, good and bad. It will help keep you accountable. It will help you make better food choices going forward. Realize that one bad day, or even bad week, is not enough to set you back. Do whatever exercises you like. Even walking, it counts. Eat what you want, moderation is key. And welcome :)

    My only advice is to eat balance and avoid any diets if you want long term success. You already have the motivation now need to create strong habits and have fun with exercising :) It makes everything else easy. Set up small goals to keep you motivated
    Always strive for progression and not perfection.

    Start logging...

    ... even if you arent achieveing your goals at least you know where you are going wrong. Once you start logging you will start caring.

    Don't cut out things you love... you will crave them and binge!
