    I've hit my goal, 47lbs down with photos :)

    Hi All,

    I just wanted to quickly share my story with all of you, last year i met one of my all time hero and had a photo with her, after looking at the photo after i had it done, i loved the fact that i had met her but then looking back on the photo to remember it was horrible. I hated the way i looked and before that time i had convinced myself that i looked ok and that i was happy with my weight.... how wrong i was...

    After a week of looking at the photo i decided to make a change, I've been on diets before and lost a few pounds but never anything life changing.

    anyway 11 months later i've lost 47lbs and lost 20% of my body weight.

    Before i hated wearing dresses and would only wear jeans and t-shirts, Now i hate jeans and refuse to wear them, only dresses, skirts and shorts for me now.

    I've gone from a size 18 down to a size 8, makes clothes shopping a lot more easier...

    I have so much more body confidence and feel so much healthier.

    and its mostly thanks to myfitnesspal , before i've done diets and i've not stuck to them but that part of the day when you finish off your daily diary and it comes up with your projected weight in 5 weeks really did help me keep sight of my goals
