Cereal Bingeing!

This may sound totally ridiculous, but I can't stop eating cereal!!!
I exercise a lot and eat really well in the day etc but always seem to find myself eating endless amounts of cereal at night!
I really want to stop but have no idea how, I always seem to go back to it! I don't ever really eat chocolate, sweets or cakes and yet cereal is the thing I want to eat!?
Once I've eaten about 3-4 cups I feel awful and just so guilty, does anyone else have this problem?
I'm not overweight or near to being overweight but i just don't think it's a healthy habit to have.
Any advice???

I used to do this a lot during college. Mostly because I never felt like cooking. Cereal was easy and delicious Got to a point where I would just regularly snack on Bran Flakes (my cereal of choice) every hour or so. Started feeling so bad. It was really getting to me.
Funny enough the way I overcame it was by changing my cereal. I feel like the sugar that was in the cereal (even though it wasn't frosties, coco pops etc) was triggering my need to eat it all the time. I switched to porridge and haven't had this issue at all since! Doesn't even occur to my to have a bowl at night anymore. I just have my bowl in the morning and that's my cereal for the day.
Hope this helps! :flowerforyou:0
