    I love the microbrews However, they are loaded in calories. I do miss a good tasting beer

    Iced coffees. I always get them plain jane and sugar free, but I always feel so guilty! I have them often but don't normally go over on my cals, I just feel guilty for feeling like I NEED one!

    I second the alcohol! My husband are wine and specialty beer drinkers. I miss it! I try to remind myself that I can still have it, I just need to plan for it and not go overboard.

    the hardest thing to give up has been mindless eating. I'm not giving up foods, just giving mindlessly eating them. So, YES to fries, but only 1 portion. Yes to cheese, but only in very small amounts. Yes to a good beer, but only if I have the calories left. Yes to an occasional fast food meal, but thoughtfully chosen. It takes me much longer to make good choices than it used to take me to nosh through my day, but I'm much happier with what I see in the mirror now than what I saw in June.

    I know I cannot avoid bread, pizza, fried zucchini, pasta, etc., for the rest of forever. This is my life.

    This might sound terrible but I miss my "drinking wine in bed with a crazy straw." nights. Its my favourite way to de-stress..but super high in calories. I also miss ice cream...I could eat a tub a day...

    Cheese and Peanut butter have been my two hardest.

    I know peanut butter is ok in small portions for snacks but if I had it in the house at all I'd end up eating WAY too much.

    I am a chocolate freak but Dark chocolate in moderation can curb the desire to binge and is actually loaded with antioxidants and low in sugar and fat. Buy the good stuff and savor small bits it'll help. My real killer is pasta though so ive learned to make only tiny amounts and only whole wheat or my own that i make from scratch.

    Chocolate or bread, no question! Seeing people chow down on bagels or chocolate bars every day in lunch KILLS me! And ohmygod, don't even get me started on Nutella sandwiches :)

    Nothing so far. I still have my mocha every morning. It's 300 calories I'll gladly use right now for my cafe mocha.

    Wow ! Good question. Let's see if it's comfort food- chocolate & ice cream. If I'm just eating than it's cheese! Any and all cheese products ( pizza, sandwiches etc)
