Jillian Michaels 30 day shed

This is my third day doing the 30 day shed and I must say wow.... I am sweating sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much and I am about to die but will it get easy. I know a lot of people have done it before so I would like to know do I do it every day because I have read mix reviews.

    I couldn't do it every day....m muscles were too sore to workout the same ones two days in a row.

    I'm on level 3 day 2. It is a great workout! It does get a bit easier though and I do feel stronger. I'm starting to see some results now finally too! Not huge results but I'm shrinking in places I don't mind shrinking in, lol. Stick with it, you'll make positive gains all around.

    I would recommend taking rest days as needed. It's not a race, you don't have to do it in 30 days. 2 to 3 rest days every week is working pretty good for me. We're all different though, just pay attention to your body. :)
