Sriracha Cilantro Lime Wings! [Keto] [Low Carb]

1 Package Tyson Chicken Wingettes (24 oz)
1/2 cup Sriracha
1 Lime, halved
1/2 cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tsp Teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
3 Tbsp Butter

Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika and sprinkle over the Wings. Then lightly drizzle olive oil over all wings. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

3. In a medium Saucepan, add 1 tsp Olive oil and saute the garlic. Add Sriracha, vinegar, butter, teriyaki sauce, and the juice of half a lime.

4. Bring to a simmer stirring constantly until the butter is melted. Let simmer on low for another 10 minutes.

5. Remove chicken wings and:
Option 1: Deep fry on stovetop in Oil until brown
Option 2: Return to the over at 450 degrees for 10 minutes to brown (or broil).

6. Toss in the sriracha sauce and serve immediately with the remaining lime, sliced.

    Sounds good. Would it be a crime to skip the deep frying?

    Absolutely not! Deep frying is optional, primarily for those on Keto. I usually end up just putting mine back in the oven and increasing the heat to get a little crisp on them!
