I am so close to where I want to be... So frikkin close! I'm focusing my energy on conscious eating. If there are any others out here who are on the same page and looking for friends-FR me please:)
I need some funny/fun people to help make this change.... Be honest about, well, I know we need to eat to live, but that is not the same as that feeling of "I'm going to DIE if I don't eat some Ben and Jerry's !!!!".

Hey! I'm interested in the 'intuitive' approach, mainly for maintaining once I'm at a more desirable weight, and until I get there, watching my calories and easing in to the intuitive way of eating. I can't count calories my whole life. I'll add you - it would really good to get some advice0
