Im getting really frustrated.
Im 20 yrs old and Im 4'11 and weigh 213 pounds. Ive been on the green smoothie diet and exercising 1-2 hours a day that includes weight lifting and cardio... I lift 40-50 pounds with the barbell and I do 60-70 lbs on machines. I eat healthy all throughout the day and drink nothing but water and my green smoothies. My mom is 50 yrs old and weve been on the same diet because shes big as well...shes lost 20+ lbs the last few weeks and Ive done nothing but gain weight and my body doesnt look different what so ever...Im getting really sick of eating healthy and exercising like crazy and not seeing any results.....In desperate need of help on what to do because Im happy for my mom but seeing her shrink so much and knowing I weigh 15 lbs heavier then my mom when were eating the exact same things ... Is really starting to make me angry.....because im working out and seeing no results....helppppp

You've got to see a doctor. There are various conditions that could cause this and they require medication. Hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and other things I don't personally know much about. Discuss it all with a doctor and get some bloodwork done to see what is going on and what is to be done about it.0

The "Green Smoothie Diet" is NOT eating right/ eating healthy.
Weigh FOOD. Eat that food. Log that food. Make sure you ate less than you burned.
Rinse.
Repeat

Possible adrenals, thyroid, liver problems... take it easy, fix your hormones then do the rest.0

I hate to point out the obvious but you are probably just drinking more calories than you realize. Just because it's fruit and veggies does not mean that you don't have to count it. Plus, if your mom is bigger than you and you are drinking the same amount, she will obviously lose more weight than you.
I could easily do 3000 calories a day of juice and I would gain weight if I did. Someone your size would likely need far less to maintain.
Count the calories, eat at a deficit, lose weight. And by no means do you have to suffer through juice to lose weight. I eat whatever I want, just less of it.
Good luck!0 -

Learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Get a digital food scale, and weigh everything you eat—even packaged food. Measure all liquids with calories.
Eat "healthy" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.

forget the fad diets - eat real food, measure it and add up the calories. you could have a health issue, but most people don't. most people just eat more calories than they think. i've gone from 242 to 168 without a single smoothie or shake, just from counting calories, walking and recently light resistance training.
eating healthy means eating for nutrition - get enough protein, carbs and fat to stay healthy, and you're eating healthy.0 -
Every body is different just because she is losing and your not doesnt mean you are doing anything wrong. Maybe you need to try something different. I have been where you are frustrated and confused because I was doing everything right and not seeing any results. You have to learn what works for you and your body. I almost gave up and found a program called Insanity through beachbodyI have went from a size 12 to a 6 in 4 months. If you need help I can help you pick a program and put you in a challenge group with people who will motivate and support you to reach your goals.0

Just eating 'healthy' won't cut it. How much of it are you eating AND drinking? Log everything accurately and see how you go. If you already are then have a look at some of the disorders others have posted.0
