:smile: Hello my name is Seneca I'm 26 years old. Today is my first day here. My goal is to lose 15 pounds my current weight is 145lbs. I was told that my weight is too big for my height. I'm 5'2" so I'm trying to do whatever it takes to slim down. If you have any ideas please feel free to let me know.

    Start tracking and be honest with yourself. You should have no troubles making your goals. :)

  • :smile: I really appreciate so what I have been doing the pass two weeks watching what I eat and counting calories. For exercise I been doing lunges and squats. I'm thinking about trying to walk a mile everyday and start back doing Taebo. I been 115lbs ever since my college days. Once I graduated those days were gone. I don't want to go back to 115lbs. My goal is between 125 or 130lbs. If you have any other suggestions please let me know.
