How about tacos with the soft shells?

You could cook up some of the hamburger with the onion, mushroom, green peppers, and green chiles. Add in some of your spices, and serve it in the soft shells and top with some tomato, sour cream, and cheese? If you wanted, you could pick up some lettuce to go on them too.

Stick with the healthier stuff - veggies (onion, green peppers, tomato sauce/paste, kidney beans, green chilis) add some grounds beef and call it a chili night :) You could add some shredded cheddar and cream cheese if you're looking for something creamy but generally those additional cals aren't worth it.

I have this app on my phone called Big Oven where you can enter up to 3 ingredients and it will provide you with recipes that you can make. Don't know if you can get the app, they also have a website but I can't seem to find that option there unless you have to create an account and log in.

Worth a shot anyways - Good Luck.

I see chili ingredients in there...meat, chili powder, tomato, beans and some additional seasoning. You could even make it w/ chicken for a lighter version.
    good luck girl!

    QUICHE!

Just buy a frozen pie crust and some egg beaters!

Use a cup of the cottage cheese to make it creamy a whole bunch of veggies some eggs and a tad bit of whatever other cheese you want. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a salad or fruit :)
