On to tune in and tone up

Hello! Joined MFP to help myself lose those last stubborn few pounds and tone up. Frustrated with not being heavy but also not being as fit as I'd like. I feel like I fall somewhere in the middle. Anyone else in that category? Not one for the gym, I enjoy walking/jogging outdoors as well as doing exercise videos at home. Looking forward to finding inspiration and support on the site. Thanks!

Welcome! If you have 25 or fewer lbs. to go, then set your goal to .5 lb. per week. Learn to log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Logging is simple, but it ain't easy.
