Looking for those who balance a busy life yet still maintain healthy eating/exercise habits. I'm looking to drop 25 lbs but also just change my overall outlook. More into weight lifting than cardio but adding in both

I have a busy lifestyle and am a student radiographer, although I actually finish next week and will be starting work soonBut yeah, I've managed to keep up with my healthy eating and exercise all the way through uni except for a 3 month period in the second year when I was struggling with life in general and asthma. So I know how hard it can be to stay on track but it's possible if you're committed. Feel free to add me x
