Hi I'm Erica,

I just joined a little over a week ago and I need more friend so that I can stay motivated and motivate you too. Please add me hope to keep on this wonderfull journey of a healthy and happy lifestyle!!!!!! :happy:

  • I really need some friends here too--I find that I just STOP logging when I get off, and that does not help me one single bit :)

    I'm Liz. I'm 24 and I used to weigh 255 pounds in college. I joined the crew team and lost down to 177. Since I graduated my weight has been creeping back up. I just weight myself after Christmas and I'm back up to 194 so I'm getting back in the saddle. My goal weight is 160.

    Keep me on my game Erica! Let me know what I can do to help you :)

    Ok, so I joined MFP in Nov but I wasn't very faithful with it to say the least. I had lost a little weight. The holidays came and went.....and well they took my weight loss with them. I completely did not keep track of anything during the month of December and got really discouraged. So here I am now, ready to tackle this beast. I have about 50 lbs to lose and need help staying motivated. Please add me so maybe we can both stay on track and reach our goals together :bigsmile:
