19 years old looking for work out buds

Hi! I'm 19 years old, 4'11 and - unforunately - 182 lbs. I don't look the weight, but I can feel it. I'm looking for people around my age or anyone, really, who'll join me in helping and motivating each other to work out everyday. I've set 3 times to work out during the day, but I'd like to work out at least once to twice a day (In the morning and in the evening) for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening to make a full hour. I'd also like lots of health advice on eating right without being able to afford very healthy food and keeping my spirits lifted enough to do workouts and other things I love.

I have a major depressive and anxiety disorder and my mind often talks me out of working out right at the minute I want to. It's always "I'll do it later, I'll do it later" but I want to do it NOW and I feel as though I need a little push to get off of my butt and do it. So, please feel free to answer this thread.

My goal is to lose at least 20 - 30 lbs by the end of the year or, 10 - 12 inches off my waistline, chest, and hips.

Hey there! Thanks so much for responding! I wouldn't mind that at all!. Even right now I'm trying to get into the mood to work out because I haven't today. Should I contact you on your profile privately?

I'd love to help too! (I'm actually also 19 and only like 5'1"). I'm trying to get healthier because I also tend to put off exercising until later because "I'm too busy." I'm also currently at home and don't have a work-out buddy :(

I cook for myself on a college student's budget, so maybe I can help with the healthy food at a low price!

Awesome! I'm excited to have another college buddy to work out with. We can set a schedule and everything.
