Hi guys,
My name's Nat and I'm a 20 year old from Australia. I'm mainly looking to lose about 10-12 vanity pounds after having eaten a bit lazily + slightly over my recommended intake while trying to build some muscle. I'm a vegan but am happy to be friends with all sorts of eaters, though preferably Australian so our time zones can match up.

Uhh, what else? I run a fair bit, maybe 25-30k a week? I also try and fit in 3 weight lifting sessions a week.
