What do people do when they go on holiday food wise? I m off to Italy for 7 days tomorrow and although I plan not to over face myself I know I will find it hard because I cannot count the calories I have. Any tips would be really helpful because I do not want to gain back what I have already lost

There's a reason why the locals of these countries aren't obese. Just eat as they do (no touristy crap though!).
If you do that, I doubt you will see much of any gain over those 7 days. Don't worry about your weight too much, just go have fun!0 -
I'm off to Italy in 2 weeks... I plan to swim every day (I would do anyway as I love swimming in the sea), try not to overdo the alcohol, log what I can but not obssess over it. Most of all, I plan to enjoy my holiday and try not to worry!
From what others have said on here, a week's worth of holiday gain (if any) goes away fairly quickly as long as you get back into your normal routine at home.
Have a fantastic time0 -
The restaurants serve smaller portions than ours do. You might be fine. Do a lot of walking and enjoy.
Be aware of the alcohol and sweets.0 -
