Hello all

Hi im Fi , I'm 5 days in and looking for some friendly support. I have 5/6 st to lose and am feeling really motivated having always avoided diets! But ive changed my mentality and am thinking of it as healthy eating! Had a cheeky weigh in this morning and I appear to have lost 5lb ! Too good to be true? I'm a 38 year old mum of 3 and my biggest downfall is 3 sugars in my coffee (decaff) ×8/9 cups a day which I have now swaped for decaf tea with no sugar and its going good :)

    Hi Fi! Nice to meet you :) I am sure you change with the sugar will be a great first step :) Sugar can pack on the calories and fat :) I switched to raw honey and i enjoy that much more :) Feel free to send me a fr if you would like :) Best of luck on this journey :D

  • I gave up caffinated coffee/tea 12 months ago due to the adverse effects of caffine eg palpitations and then I gave up smoking so my weight is my nest ligical step to a healthier me :) the coffee and cigarettes I found really easy but the sugar was another thing altogether which is why I have changed to tea as I can tolerate tea without sugar easier lol
