Hey all!!!!! Have you tried a beachbody program? If so which one,did you like it, did it work the way you hoped it would? :)

    Yes I've tried several, they are good stuff! Just a warning to you, I see you just posted a Shakeolgy post too so you are probably a coach, which is fine with me but be prepared for the wrath of most of the MFP world that hates BB coaches and Shakeology.

    Beachbody coach here!!! Its the only thing that worked for me after 3 kids in four year.....and I was active my whole life. I do Piyo, T25, Asylum, Insanity, P90X, and P90x plus!

    Want to purchase the P90X3 for myself and not have to borrow someone else's.
