My diary's open and I'm looking for any experts who feel like taking a look and slapping me if I'm eating wrong. Been lifting regularly since end of 2012 and have had a hard time losing the gut.

    where are your vegetables? Add roasted broccoli or greanbeans when you eat your chicken. Add some salad in there, just buy a bag of mix and add in some nuts and sliced apple if you don't like garden salads. You really have very little fruit/veggies in your diet. How are you getting your fiber in?

    Not an expert, but eat some vegetables. The only non potato vegetable for the last week or so came in the form of marinara sauce. You can actually hide some veggies in a pasta sauce pretty easily. Shred some zucchini or carrots or something like that in to the sauce.

    It's consistent for the most part, I like the food I'm seeing. Might need to tighten it up a bit.
