Temporary loss of focus

I made a mess of this weekend. Had a birthday meal on Thursday then Friday I didn't exercise enough and then drank too much alcohol on Saturday. Suffered a migraine and used that as en excuse to indulge in some comfort food. No bingeing or anything but still not what I should have been eating.

Back to normal tomorrow, honestly looking forward to getting back on the exercise bike. :-)

Days like this make you aware of how easy it would be to slip into old habits. Just remember your WHY? you are on your journey to better health.

I hear you, I must have drank 30 beers this holiday weekend, plus wine, ribs, wings, etc.

I wouldn't even be able to log this weekend if I tried, because I don't remember everything I consumed.

Just get back on track today and move forward. Getting pissed off won't get you out of a funk
  • It's ok, and I love your language. Nothing bad happened, you just lost focus for a bit and now you're all fine tuned again.

Meh I purposely overate/drank on the fourth. IMO it is a holiday, going a little nuts isn't going to make or break you. I went back to "normal" the very next day.
