Short, mix-and-match exercise DVD?

I am in search of a new exercise DVD (or two perhaps). I like the ones that you can pick parts of and mix-and-match the workouts, and I would like to be able to spend about 30-40 minutes on it a day. I would also like to work my abs/stomach area and thighs more. Minimal equipment would be great, I have a stability ball, band, pair of light weights, and yoga mat.

    Not a dvd, but fitnessblender has a lot of videos available on youtube. They have warm ups, cool downs, and workouts for any body part you want to work, and I think the equipment you have would work for any of the workouts they have.
