Hello everyone,

Thank you for reading my post. This is my second time around with MFP. I lost 30 lbs. about a year ago with MFP (love this site!), but after a bad car accident I ended up packing it back on due to inactivity. No point in dwelling on it, so I'm going to look forward and move on.

I am an elementary teacher during the year and I'm also an online grad student, so there's not a bunch of movement during those times. However, I'm also mommy to a 5 year old, so he keeps me running. I've never really been a get-up-and-go type of person, so I'm hoping that Zumba or Just Dance will get me going.

I'm also hoping for some support from the great people out there! I'm a pretty good cheerleader myself! Send me an invite if you'd like to support each other. Thanks!

    I just started and am looking for support as well. Sounds like you've got the right outlook. I have a ruptured disc in my back right now and could really use someone to help me push through. I just KNOW that if I could lose some of this extra weight my pain would decrease.

    Anybody is welcome to add me if they want. I have fibromyalgia and am struggling to lose weight, but i am trying to keep pushing on and I will get there one day!!
