I'll bite: I've never heard the term "sweat blisters" and I'm fairly certain no one else has either. What exactly are you talking about?0

I get them too, specifically on my stomach area. On my body they look like small ant bites, but they don't itch or turn red, but you can see little ..what seems like water filled bumps and if you scratch them them, they pop and what comes out seems to be water/sweat..no idea how to prevnt them either. :grumble:0

I Goggled it just now and saw some advice:
1) Go to a doctor
2) try wearing a very light sunscreen, cotton clothes, and change the clothes during the workout if they get too sweaty
3) One person had success after exfoliating daily (NOT while the sweat blisters were present - I wouldn't think breaking them would be a good idea)
4) Go to a doctor - it could be caused by other things that the sweat in the sealed pores. Eg. lymphnode issues...0
