    It will be a 30 day private group challenge. I will post the challenge everyday and check back to see who's done it. I've done them before it's fun

    Abs are made in the kitchen. Direct ab work isn't necessary in most cases and won't spot reduce.

    As for that ^, abs are revealed in the kitchen. Eating right won't build muscle. That takes excercise. Besides, OP did't ask if anyone approved of targeting a muscle group. He asked who would like to do a challenge with him.

    i love ab work - just got done with a workout including 5 sets of situps, 2 sets of crunches.

    Here's a link to the 30-day ab challenge I've done in the past. Not gonna lie, after day 18 or so, it gets a little boring. Definitely easier to spread them out during the day...a set of 20 here, 60 seconds there...Good luck!
