Vitamins

What type of vitamins are you guys taking? I haven't taken any so far and feel like maybe I should start. I'm 30 yrs old female and am on track to loose 100+ lbs. i've lost 36 so far.

    OneSource Women's Multi and Vitamin B12. They are the only vitamins that don't make me nauseous.

    I take the Once Source for Women as well.

    I take prenatals, Chromium, Folic Acid, and Vitamin E. But I also drink a LOT of herbal teas because they really help with absorption of the vitamins.

  • OneADay Women's Active Body & Mind ( pretty much a multi ) and omega 3

    I take a One a Day Women's too - but I notice a serious lack in Calcium - should I be supplementing? Anything else people notice are lacking in Women's multi vits?
