I hope this works it's been a while since I posted a pic to the forum. Ok the pic didn't work. So any ways. My profile pic is my progress for the last 90 days! I have a long way to go but I'm 45lbs down and super happy with the scale continuously going down! Put in the work and get results. Plain and simple. :drinker:

    wow I suck at this...ok my profile pic is my progress so far...the one before was my 60 day results. Now my profile pic shows the current progress, Thank you everyone for the kind words. I appreciate it. :D
