Hi everyone,

I joined MFP in hopes of getting some encouragement and reassurance as I work towards my weight loss goal. I seem to do well with exercising and eating right and lose some pounds in a week, then somehow gain it all back within a few days. Then the cycle repeats which leaves me stuck. And I can't always understand what I'm doing wrong or why the weight comes back. Just hope for some support through the different groups. I'm 29 from the Boston area and aiming for 10-12 lbs weight loss.

    I signed up for MFP over a year ago, but never navigated my way around this great tool until now. I am on this weight loss journey again with a different mindset and new helpful information. This is the fourth day of tracking and I am still motivated.
