    From 253.5lbs to 168lbs as of today
    I'm 5'8" and 22 :)

      Wow! What did you do? My stomach is my major concern when it comes to weight loss and yours looks incredible :)

      For the first 5months, I just cut down drinking (since I had moved away from my favorite bar and drinking friends), and discovered I had lost 30lbs doing that... Then from January of, I started counting calories, 1400 per day, super accurate. I focus on a lot of protein, and as a result, it's kind of low carb. I lifted weights every day in April and May, but unfortuneatly, I've gone off that. I'm not too happy about my belly atm, the stretch marks and loose skin of it makes it look weird, I think it would look smaller if it wasn't for that, but I'm expecting it to tighten up with time, so I'm not too worried.

      I am aiming to lose 50% of my start weight :) I'm still overweight, though pretty close to normal BMI now.
