Early 20's needing to lose 100 lbs

Like my title says, I am 23 and needing to lose 100 lbs. I have come to the realization that I love food too much to give up everything I like to eat and trying to diet that way doesn't work for me either. I am going to focus on eating less and finding healthier alternatives to the junk food I love, while getting more active too. I have been on MFP before, I have been trying to eat less without logging but it's harder for me to do it with no accountability and gained back all the weight I lost (plus some.)

I like to have friends to share ideas on how we can improve our diets and fitness and to be supportive to one another. I did better on this site when I interacted with the community.

I would love some friends with similar age or goal, but I like seeing what different people do too. Add me ! :bigsmile:
