I have had a great first 3 weeks losing a total of 9 pounds. I so exicited about it but I know that soon the weigh lose has to slow down, about when did that happen for you?

It depends what will or will not work for some ,it all depends on you for example how much you exercise, reason muscle weigh more than fat. How much water you consumed more water you drink more it take out of your system. Right now it is all good so leave it that way.

I think it depends on how much you have to loose. Usually 1-2 lbs is normal and good. I worked really hard this week and only lost 2 lbs, if I didn't I probably would have lost only 1 lbs of the 20 I have left. When I weighed 186 I lost weight faster, like 3-4 lbs a week for a while, then just 2.

Mines happening right now. My first 25 came off like nothing.. well I wouldn't say nothing. I had to do cardio 4 to 5 times a week and watch how much I ate, but it did seem like it was melting off! However I'm kind of stuck right now at 234.
  • I think it really depends on the person and your method (diet and exercise program). I have lost 24 lbs out of 40 in just short of 3 months. The first 6 weeks or so the weight came off steadily at about 1.6 lbs a week, but in the last 6 weeks the weight loss has accelerated to slightly more than 2 lbs. a week and I haven't changed anything except drinking more water more consistently. Body fat is also steadily dropping. I am prepared for the plateau, if and when it comes, but for now I am just enjoying the progress I am making.

    Btw, I am a 35 y.o. woman.
