Hello, I'm just setting out to regain my pre baby body and need to make some hand weights for circuit training. Any ideas or recommendations? I plan on buying some in the not too distant future but need a cheap/free solution until then. Thank you!

Here in Australia our 2l and 3l milk bottles are plastic with handles. Rinse them and filled with water I would take them on long walks as extra weight (and drink the water if I needed it).
You may have 1l bottles with handle there too.
Best thing - if you didn't want to carry them any more find the nearest recyclable bin.0 -
