I'm doing WW and 30 day shred, and have definitely seen some results toning-wise, but I still have a lot of stubborn fat on my hips and belly that I'd like to see gone. Any tips or exercises I can add to my routine to accelerate fat burning??

    More exercise.
    Less food.

Really that are the only two things that add to the caloric deficit.

^This. Where the fat comes off is entirely determined by genetics. You cannot spot reduce. As you lose weight, your "problem areas" will get smaller.

According to your ticker, you want to lose 10 lbs. Set your goal to .5 lb. per week, and be patient.

It just takes a long time. If you're logging accurately, it will come off. I wouldn't force the body to over exert. You didn't gain all the weight in a day, and it won't go away overnight. It's really disheartening sometimes, and a lot of expectations when one starts a weightloss journey are inspired by the exceptional (<<<key word) stories of others. Some people don't realize that being on a show like weight watchers has contestants working out 6+ hours a day, even through injuries, in monitored conditions. That doesn't really fit into every day life for most people, so work with what you've got.

The best I can say is that the average adult is recommended 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise, or 70 minutes per week of high intensity exercise as a standard guideline for overall health. However, for weight loss specifically, the American College of Sports Medicine says that may not be enough for moderate weight loss. They recommend between 200-300 minutes per week of moderate exercise for successful weight loss goals. That information may or may not help, but I find diet is the majority of the miracle worker when it comes to weight loss.
