48 pounds and counting!!!

So I am finally able to post some real success photos. I have been overweight my entire life. My top weight was 414 that i know of. I had gotten to a point where when the doctor would weigh me I would turn around and tell him not to tell me. Serious DENIAL! I began what I would call half assing it in April, meaning I was walking sporadically sorta watching what i ate but something happened when I turned 39. I decided I did not want to to live the rest of my life a fat woman. I refuse to let myself get to where I am one of the "cart riders" in Walmart because i am too fat to walk. I have always been a fairly active person but knees were getting bad and my back hurt all the time. This is not good when you live in a town house with a steep set of stairs. So i got serious both on MFP and with walking. I am up to 3 or 4 miles a day and just recently decided to try and incorporate Zumba again. I have a long row a head of me. I want to lose a total of 187 for my first serious goal to get down to 200. From there I will recalculate and see where i want/need to go from there.
