OK - Today marked my 2 month anniversary on MFP. I can't thank you all enough. I have never posted but I spend a lot of time lurking. I have learned so much from you all.

Figure I better mention, I am walking per my fitibt 7 miles per day and not eating the calories back. I average about 1600 yummy calories per day. I have learned the meaning of IIFYM and how to eat better. Certainly not there yet, but I am a work in progress and owe you guys a huge debt of gratitude!
