I need help with what I should be eating weight loss

Hi i currently weigh 270 5.6ft age 18. i have lost 15 pounds in about a month. I run/jog in the sun an hour 6 days a week. I have the whole exercise thing down i just need help on how i should diet. I have been eating less than 1800 calories a day but what i eat consist of mcdonalds and other bad food for you. Ive still been seeing results but would i get result faster if i ate healthy? please help me I created this account just to seek help.

15 pounds in a month is a lot!
Sounds like you're doing the right thing.
Changing what you eat wont help you lose weight any faster, but replacing some of the fast food will be good for your overall health.0 -

Welcome to MFP and props to you for wanting to get the weight thing under control while your still young - I sooo wish I had done that. It sounds like you're off to a speedy start but I would say go careful that your are not under eating, you should be aiming to lose the following in order to make it easier to keep sustainable.
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
Make sure you are eating back your exercise calories. In terms of food its ok to eat junk food now and again - you will lose weight as long as your eating at a deficit . Lean meats fruits and veg are obviously the healthy options so try adding more of these things into your diet
