I started his program 7 weeks ago and I am truly amazed the changes I have seen. I suggest everyone that has problems finding a good workout take a look at it. Also here is what inspired me to try it....

I used the Scott Steiner freak show work out. It is a very simple program. You just lift up the heaviest thing you can, start swing it around until you get dizzy and pass out. Then when you wake up, you yell this aint some yoga crap, block out the pain and do your next set. If you live past the workout, all you have to do is sit back and watch your muscles grow. It could save your life, well you know if it doesn't kill you.0

DDP yoga is still very powerful, I just purchased it today. Looking forward to giving it a go. I like my normal yoga but right now I have a lot of weight to lose and want to tone up so this is what I need0

You will love doing it and get ready to sweat and get your heart rate up. Make it your own as he will tell you. I love his delivery and how he uses people that were actually overweight and have lost it to instruct in his videos. Nothing tells a story like see real life stories and not models. Enjoy it and don't get discouraged you will see progress every time you do it.0

I love it as well! I finished the beginners round. I'm doing something else right now, but then I'll go to the intermediate. Most people don't understand what it is though, and get on my case saying that it's not real exercise.0

If I'd have found this 4 years ago, yoga would not have been such a hard sell to my ex-power lifter DH  Luckily he got over himself pretty quickly during our first few classes & now doesn't care when he's the only guy
Yoga's hard work!:drinker:0 -
I have seen different numbers on calories burned and good heat monitor with give calories too. I really think more people should look into the program. I am finding muscles I didn't know were still working. The real truth is that "Its not your mommas yoga" I had a complete achillies tear 4 years ago and had surgery. I had butt loads of scar tissue which caused a lot if pain, but after 7 weeks of doing this 5 times a week for 25 mins my achillies is no longer hurting. This workout and a good low calories diet has me excited again. Dallas is a great motivator and love his little quips.0

I jut got it and so far have done the Diamond Dozen and the Energy workout. I'm looking forward to trying out the rest of them and working my way up! I'm not new to yoga, but this is different, and even on beginner level I felt a little something.0

I've heard lots of great things about this program and will be purchasing it tonight. I have a bad back and with this being a no to low impact workout, it's exactly what I need. Thanks for additional inspiration!0
