So many different milks.

full cream, skim, lite, low fat, no fat, a2 protein, 98% fat free, goat milk, soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, powder milk.

Let me know if I've missed anything out.

I get so confused with what milk is low calories not that I think the tiny bit I have in my cereal and coffees would make a difference I'd just like to know.

I'm in Australia and would like a cows milk as I don't like soy, almond or rice milks. Any suggestions?
If any ones knows by reading the complicated labels.

just stick to your usual milk, and log it. milk is great for you, no need to cut it out or replace it if you can fit t into your daily allowance
  • Just have any milk you like! It doesn't matter, as long as it fits in your calories. I would log it, though, just as i would log a 50 calorie cookie, i would log 50 calories of milk.
