Too much sugar

I have only been doing a food diary for a little while but have noticed that I regularly go over on sugar. I have cut out sugary treats but didn't realise how much natural sugar was in fruit which I've been snacking on.

I am having 1400 calories a day but if I'm going over on my sugar allowance will I lose weight?

    Calories in < Calories out = Lost weight. Natural sugars from fruits and vegetables are great. Eat up.

    The MFP sugar setting is low and unless you have a medical condition, there is no reason to monitor it. And I would replace that with fiber in your diary settings.

    I find watching my total carbs helps minimize sugary cravings more so than just watching sugar alone.
