Joining the Community

Hello Everyone!
I joined yesterday to begin tracking my food. I've spent the last year focusing on building strong work out habits and now it's time to move on to the eating! I started at 240lbs and went down to 150lbs. Then I got pregnant with my second child, gained 45 lbs to end up at 195lbs. I am currently down to 180lbs. My goal is to get down to 130lbs for health, happiness, and love for my body! I would love some encouragement and friends to help me reach my goal and I will be happy to extend the same back! Here's to your goals!!

    Your situation sounds similar to mine. I have been up and down a few times and battled with the scale. I am looking for suport as well . I am a busy mom, I have a 6 year old son and work a full time job and a part time job one to two weekends a month therefore it seems I am always on the go and don't exercise or eat right. I am currently 150 lbs and I would like to get down to 125- 130 lbs.

    Hi All...I joined today - I have been doing weight watchers for 3 years and I hit a plateau...so thought I would change it up a bit...I am on my second round of P90X 3 and although I have lost 6 1/2 inches - the lbs keep fluctuating...I am only 15 to goal - hoping this helps!!!
