    wow you give me inspiration to continue on, I also need to loose about 75-100 lbs so far 5 weeks I have lost 14 lbs, feeling so much better health wise. Sometimes that sneaky brain tells me its okay to gorge out just this once, but I have great support from friends at work and family to keep me in check. you are AWESOME!
