Hi, all! I'm so glad to have found this! My Dr suggested I download this for my smartphone to assist in keeping myself accountable. I don't even have to show anyone, just for me. I'm in the process of getting approved for my gastric bypass surgery, and the rules for my insurance are pretty strict. Plus, this helps me make better choices, as opposed to just doing without.
