The one or two (or more) daily things that make an appearence in your food log so often they may as well automatically be on there with the calories deducted. Mine: 8oz French press coffee with 2 Tbl cream and 1 1/2 tsp sugar. A consistent 136 calorie sip of heaven. Also, Milton's whole grain, 80 calorie per slice bread. Such a staple.

Oatmeal with raisins and 1% milk. I eat it easily 5 days of the week for breakfast.

Lately it's also been blueberries, every single day. I love blueberry season.

Nope. I don't even buy the same diet sodas twice in a row. I might eat something for several days in a row, simply because it came in a large pack or I cooked a large amount and I'm eating the leftovers, but once it's gone, I don't eat it again for weeks or months or even years.

I eat sandwich thin buns often, I guess, but not daily, and not the same brand or variety, and sometimes I go weeks without it.

Butter. Whatever I eat I usually use some butter to improve the taste.

Not too shabby. At least you wont get burned out on certain things. I ate yogurt every day for months, then one bite I couldn't even swallow it. Didn't have any for like three years.
