The "This will be different" diet failure.

Like a majority of women out there that aren't happy with the way they look, I've tried a bunch of different diets that never seem to last. Every year since I was 15 I've made the same resolution, I'm going to get into shape. We'll as it says on my profile, This year I'm going to actually keep my new years resolution!
You know what ends up happening every year, because you've all more then likely done the exact same thing. You try and change you're usual habits and either get bored of it or find it to difficult. You may lose a few pounds in the process but fall of the path with one night of an ice cream binge. Then I'd just say "to hell with the whole thing" because of one slip. That's why I decided not to change my ENTIRE eating habits, but instead to change my intake and learn to pay attention to what I'm eating.
The problem I've had with previous attempts is that I was never really motivated with any of them. I'd spend money doing this or that program and fall off the path because I wasn't seeing results. That's why this one is going to be better for me. No crash diets or magic pills. I'm going to follow the site according to MY specifications and calorie count. I've made my own exercise plan with videos on youtube to target all the areas I want to work on instead of wasting time on bull **** workouts. I'm going to try... and it's going to work.

Awesome attitude! That's what will get you there And just remember one bad day does not define your path. You just go "oh heck" and start all over the next day!
Good luck with everything, you'll get there!
