Let's see i'm in week 5 of p90x and:
- I've lost ~5 lbs
- gained strength
- lost a total of about 2 inches from waist/stomach
I'm getting much better with the diet aspect too, I have no choice but to BRING IT!!!

Yep, Phase 2 is where I lost the most weight also. Just wait for those 90 days to be up!
