Chia Seeds

    use them as a sprinkle and sometimes in smoothies, also as a baking ingredient. I use them as a source of fiber and omega-3 but can't point to any health outcomes as a result.

    What are you hoping they'll help with?

    They have lots of fiber, protein and fat without a lot of net carbs. They thicken up things and fill your belly to make you feel fuller. They're awesome to add on top of crackers or salads, especially if you need more fiber in general.

    Looking to help have it fill me a bit in the morning. I heard from a friend that he uses them in his yogurt and it helps.

    I've tried these and have very little success with them. Give me terrible gastro pains and other related issues. Wondering if this is just my gut or they have this effect on some people?
