HELP with Slin in 6

Hi Everyone
I bought slim in 6 years ago and I just came across the DVD's

There are 2:
Disc one
Start It Up
Ramp It Up
Sim and Limber
Slime and 6 Pak

Disc two
Burn It Up
Slim and Limber
Sim & 6 Pak

I cant find the booklet that it came with to tell me when to do what dvds when to take a break etc
Can ANYONE help me out?

    For the first three to 7 days, do Start it Up, then Ramp it up through week three, so depending on how many days you do Start it Up this can be anywhere from 14 to 19 days. Then for the last three weeks (21 days) do Burn it Up. It is recommended to take at least one rest day per week. I make mine on Sunday, generally. 6 minute abs is just an added workout you can do anytime, add it to a regular day or maybe do it on your rest day because it is short. Slim & Limber is also a workout you can do on your rest day since it is mostly stretching from what I remember
